Overview
This new 12,360-square-foot commercial building blends existing historical ordinances with a high-tech, super modern appearance.
The exterior is clad in two types of masonry and double-hung windows, as well as an architectural panel system above the entry and along the roofline. A vertical, steel-ribbed panel highlights the main entrance to the building. Masonry and steel details emulate and tie the building into the surrounding community.
The interior features floating ceiling panels, glass walls, and wood trims throughout. Wood panels on the walls and ceiling contrast nicely against the dark-stained cabinets in the lobby/kitchen area. The open space has an abundance of natural light via the window curtain wall system.
There was a huge emphasis on self-perform work and our highly-skilled carpentry team was responsible for the installation of the wood panels, cabinetry, furniture, and other ancillary items within the building.
