Overview

Strategic upgrades and expansion to mission critical facilities, including increased square footage to meet county requirements, renovated fire department quarters, and strict logistic and operational management to ensure uninterrupted operations throughout construction.

The City of Muskegon required a significant transformation to enhance its capabilities in keeping the community safe. Collaborating closely with the MCD team and Spark 43, we developed a solution that not only expanded their space and increased operational efficiencies, but also modernized the fire station, making it an attractive workplace for first responders. Using a two-phased approach, Lakewood ensured completion of the project within seven months to provide seamless functionality of critical safety services. The new facilities have provided a state-of-the-art solution that stand ready to meet the demands of a growing Muskegon.
