DHE Plumbing and Mechanical, based in Grandville, MI, specializes in providing high-quality plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical services. As a long-term partner and trusted subcontractor for Lakewood, DHE knew they could rely on us to bring the same level of quality and commitment to their expansion project.
Following the successful construction of their headquarters with Lakewood in 2018, DHE was ready to expand their space. With our intimate understanding of the existing facility, we were uniquely positioned to seamlessly integrate the new addition with the original structure, both in design and aesthetics. The expansion consisted of general office space and a conference room.
Despite supply chain challenges—such as delays with lighting fixtures and glass—and the need to precisely match brick colors from the original build, our team overcame every obstacle to ensure the final space met our shared standards of excellence.
