Holland Board of Public Works | Office Remodel

Overview

The design and plans for the remodel of the 15,385-sf Holland Board of Public Works Hastings Street Service Center required a detailed phasing schedule in order to keep the center in operation and minimize the disruption of their normal business and operations.

Included in the remodel was the service center offices, the front entry/service counter area, all of the offices/conference rooms, and the kitchen area. A new, large skylight was installed in the lobby area to provide natural daylighting.

Lighting and technology upgrades were also part of the remodel program.
